Survive & Thrive Advocacy Center (STAC)
UCT gives financial and volunteer support for the Tallahassee STAC ministry in its ongoing efforts to care for survivors and shut down local instances of trafficking.
Local, state and federal law enforcement representatives, as well as social service providers, know it can be extremely challenging to identify and assist victims of human trafficking because of their diverse needs and because human trafficking is a hidden reality.
STAC was created to fill these needs and meet this challenge.
One way our church helps STAC is to print and wrap information labels around Chapstick. The Chapstick with the STAC labels are delivered to various places in Tallahassee. This creates a way to get STAC and help information out there for others.
Another way we help is by offering Educational and Training Sessions.
